Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of systems solutions.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, Preferably In A Defense Or Aerospace Industry
Knowledge Of Systems Engineering Principles, Processes, And Tools, Such As Doors, Sysml, And Mbse
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Coordinate And Lead A Team Of Engineers
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
