Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Systems Engineering Role, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of System Design And Development Processes, Including Requirements Analysis, Verification And Validation, And Configuration Management.
Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Systems Engineers, Including Setting Goals, Providing Guidance And Feedback, And Ensuring Project Success.
