Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Systems Engineering Role, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of System Design And Development Processes, Including Requirements Analysis, Verification And Validation, And Configuration Management.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Systems Engineers, Including Setting Goals, Providing Guidance And Feedback, And Ensuring Project Success.
