Oversee and manage a team of systems engineers to ensure the successful development and implementation of cutting-edge systems.
Facilitate the recruitment, training, and development of systems engineering staff to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute project requirements, schedules, and budgets.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions that meet their missions.
Monitor and evaluate project progress and identify and address any issues that may arise.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring the use of best practices and adherence to company standards.
Review and approve technical documentation and deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Communicate effectively with senior management, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the systems engineering team.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Job Qualifications

Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills

Ability To Obtain And Maintain A Security Clearance.

Strong Knowledge And Experience With Systems Engineering Processes And Methodologies
