  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  3. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to meet customer requirements.
  4. Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination in supply chain activities.
  6. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms and pricing.
  7. Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and compliance with company standards.
  8. Develop and maintain supply chain metrics and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, and proactively implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals to achieve department and company goals.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and develop and implement initiatives to drive process enhancements and cost savings.
  12. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain operations.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to support new product launches and manage supply chain risk.
  14. Prepare and manage supply chain budget and forecast for the department.
  15. Represent the company and supply chain function in meetings with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Aerospace And Defense Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management, And Logistics.

  • Experience With Project Management And The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
