- Oversee and manage all financial and budgetary aspects of programs within Northrop Grumman.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to ensure the successful execution and delivery of programs.
- Monitor and analyze program financials, including budget, expenses, and revenue, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead a team of program control analysts and provide guidance and support to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of program financials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish program budgets and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and issues that may impact program performance and escalate as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, to ensure program success.
- Conduct regular program reviews and provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and implement process improvements to enhance program control and financial management.
- Effectively communicate financial information and updates to team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to program control and financial management.
- Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge in program control and financial management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Represent Northrop Grumman in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Control, Project Management, Or Financial Analysis.
Strong Knowledge Of Program Management Principles And Practices, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, Risk Management, And Performance Tracking.
Experience Leading A Team And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Information To Senior Leadership.
