  1. Oversee and manage all financial and budgetary aspects of programs within Northrop Grumman.
  2. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to ensure the successful execution and delivery of programs.
  3. Monitor and analyze program financials, including budget, expenses, and revenue, and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Lead a team of program control analysts and provide guidance and support to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of program financials.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish program budgets and ensure alignment with company goals.
  6. Identify and mitigate financial risks and issues that may impact program performance and escalate as needed.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, to ensure program success.
  8. Conduct regular program reviews and provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement process improvements to enhance program control and financial management.
  10. Effectively communicate financial information and updates to team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to program control and financial management.
  12. Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge in program control and financial management.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  14. Represent Northrop Grumman in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Control, Project Management, Or Financial Analysis.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Program Management Principles And Practices, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, Risk Management, And Performance Tracking.

  • Experience Leading A Team And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Information To Senior Leadership.
