Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Manufacturing Systems Or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Or Managerial Role Within A Manufacturing Environment.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Manufacturing Systems, Such As Mes, Plc, Scada, And Erp Systems.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Lead A Team Of Engineers.
