  2. Develop manufacturing systems: Drive the development of new manufacturing systems and processes to support the production of advanced aerospace and defense products.
  3. Implement manufacturing systems: Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing systems, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and meet quality standards.
  4. Project management: Effectively plan, organize, and manage projects related to manufacturing systems, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  5. Process improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve existing manufacturing systems to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Manufacturing Systems Or Industrial Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Or Managerial Role Within A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Manufacturing Systems, Such As Mes, Plc, Scada, And Erp Systems.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Lead A Team Of Engineers.
