- Lead and manage the final assembly process for advanced aircraft systems, ensuring efficient production and meeting all quality standards.
- Utilize expertise and knowledge of manufacturing engineering to drive process improvements and increase productivity.

- Manage budget and resources effectively to meet production targets and company objectives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to maintain high levels of performance and engagement.

- Stay current with Northrop Grumman's mission and vision, and ensure all final assembly processes align with the company's goals and values.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Managerial Position.
Strong Knowledge Of Final Assembly Processes, Including Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
Proven Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Engineers, Technicians, And Support Staff.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Problem-Solve With Cross-Functional Teams And Upper Management.
