Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Managerial Position.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Final Assembly Processes, Including Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Engineers, Technicians, And Support Staff.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Problem-Solve With Cross-Functional Teams And Upper Management.
