Lead and manage a team of manufacturing engineers to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and improve manufacturing processes and technologies.
Oversee the production and development of aerospace and defense technologies, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
Utilize expertise in manufacturing engineering to identify and troubleshoot issues and make recommendations for improvement.
Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion of projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration and execution of manufacturing processes.
Stay current with industry trends and developments and incorporate them into the manufacturing engineering strategy.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies in the manufacturing process.
Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Such As Machining, Welding, Assembly, And Testing.
Experience In Project Management, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Budgets And Timelines.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Other Departments And External Stakeholders.
