As the Manager of Industrial Security 2, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of industrial security for our company. Oversee and manage all aspects of industrial security for the company, including physical security, personnel security, and information security.
Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
Conduct security briefings and trainings for employees to ensure awareness and adherence to security protocols.
Coordinate with government agencies and customers to maintain security clearances and facilitate the transfer of classified information.
Manage and maintain security systems and equipment, including access control systems and CCTV cameras.
Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities.
Investigate security incidents and breaches and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Develop and maintain contingency plans for emergency situations related to security.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in industrial security to continuously improve security measures.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of industrial security within the company.

Job Qualifications

Active Top Secret Security Clearance With The Ability To Obtain And Maintain Sci Eligibility.
Bachelor's Degree In Security Management, Criminal Justice, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Industrial Security, Preferably In A Defense Contractor Or Government Agency.
Thorough Understanding Of Government Security Regulations, Including Nispom, Jpas, And Security Clearance Processes.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Security Professionals.
