  1. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing industrial processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
  3. Conduct regular analysis and evaluation of industrial processes to identify potential areas for improvement.
  4. Utilize lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
  5. Train and mentor team members on efficient processes and best practices.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  7. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for industrial engineering projects.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of industry trends and advancements in industrial engineering.
  10. Act as a liaison between the engineering team and DoD customers to ensure project requirements are met.
  11. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Manage and mentor a team of industrial engineers to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  14. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to provide updates and recommendations on process improvements.
  15. Maintain an active Secret DoD clearance and adhere to all security protocols and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Industrial Engineering, Preferably In A Defense Or Aerospace Industry

  • Active Secret Level Security Clearance From The Department Of Defense

  • Experience In Process Improvement And Optimization, Including Six Sigma And Lean Methodologies.
