  1. Lead and manage a team of computer systems analysts, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.

  3. Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of all computer systems within the organization.

  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the organization.
  7. Manage budget and resources effectively to ensure the timely completion of projects and tasks.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Computer Systems Analysis, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Computer Systems Analysts.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
