Lead and manage a team of computer systems analysts, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.
Collaborate with various departments to identify and understand their technology needs and develop solutions to address them.
Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of all computer systems within the organization.
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve and optimize computer systems and processes.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying issues and implementing solutions to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the organization.
Manage budget and resources effectively to ensure the timely completion of projects and tasks.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security protocols.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Computer Systems Analysis, Preferably In A Managerial Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies.
Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Computer Systems Analysts.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
