  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive capture strategy for new business opportunities.
  2. Identify and assess potential customers and market trends to inform capture efforts.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute capture plans.
  4. Lead the development of win themes and discriminators for proposals.
  5. Conduct competitive analysis and develop strategies to differentiate Northrop Grumman's offerings.
  6. Manage and prioritize multiple capture efforts simultaneously.
  7. Collaborate with business development and proposal teams to develop and manage capture budgets.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry professionals.
  9. Monitor and track progress of capture efforts, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  10. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the success of a capture effort.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards throughout the capture process.
  12. Participate in proposal development and review to ensure alignment with capture strategy and customer requirements.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve capture processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Mentor and train junior capture team members to build a strong and capable team.
  15. Represent Northrop Grumman at industry events and conferences to promote our capabilities and identify potential opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Capture Management Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Winning Large, Complex Government Contracts.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Federal Acquisition Process And Competitive Landscape In The Defense Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
