6. Develop and maintain capture budgets and resource plans.
7. Manage and mentor a team of capture professionals to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
8. Facilitate proposal development, including developing win themes, proposal outlines, and reviewing content for compliance and responsiveness.
9. Utilize market intelligence and industry trends to identify and pursue emerging opportunities.
10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our capabilities and identify potential business opportunities.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards throughout the capture process.
12. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of capture processes and make recommendations for improvement.
13. Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term capture strategies.
14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, customers, and team members.
15. Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of the company's products, services, and capabilities to effectively market and sell to potential customers.
