Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functioning and prevent any downtime.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and scheduled maintenance.
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures.
Monitor and order necessary supplies and parts to ensure an adequate inventory for maintenance and repairs.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and changes to equipment and technology to ensure the highest level of performance and functionality.
Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruption to operations.
Communicate effectively with management and team members to report any issues or concerns and provide updates on maintenance tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Adhere to company policies and procedures in all maintenance activities.

Job Qualifications

Technical Skills And Knowledge: A Maintenance Technician At Northrop Grumman Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Electronic Systems To Effectively Diagnose And Troubleshoot Maintenance Issues.
Experience In Maintenance And Repair: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Maintenance And Repair, Preferably In An Industrial Or Manufacturing Setting.
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Procedures: The Ability To Follow Safety Protocols And Procedures Is Essential In This Role To Ensure The Safety Of Oneself And Others In The Workplace.
