- Train and mentor new maintenance technicians as needed.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, at all times.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Technical Skills And Knowledge: A Maintenance Technician At Northrop Grumman Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Complex Machinery.
