Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a highly experienced Lead Principal Engineer GNC to join our team! We are looking for a motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for developing innovative solutions. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional technical expertise in Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) engineering, along with a commitment to leading and mentoring a team of engineers.The successful Lead Principal Engineer GNC will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in GNC engineering, as well as a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The ideal candidate should also have a strong background in GNC software development, experience in the aerospace industry, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
