  1. Develop and implement software solutions for the iReturn team.

  5. Create and maintain technical documentation for software development processes and procedures.
  6. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand and analyze software requirements.

  8. Mentor and provide guidance to junior software engineers on the team.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential risks and roadblocks in the software development process.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
  11. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and timelines.
  13. Continuously optimize and improve existing software systems.
  14. Comply with security and data privacy policies and standards in all software development activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With A Focus On Web-Based Applications.

  • Experience With Agile Software Development Methodologies.
