  1. Conduct regular security assessments of company facilities, equipment, and personnel to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  2. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard company assets, personnel, and information.
  3. Monitor and investigate any security incidents or breaches, and take appropriate actions to mitigate and prevent future occurrences.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest security regulations, policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Train and educate company employees on security protocols and best practices, and promote a culture of security awareness and responsibility.
  6. Collaborate with external agencies and government entities to obtain necessary security clearances and approvals.
  7. Manage and maintain security systems and technologies, such as access control systems, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.
  8. Conduct background checks and security screenings for employees and contractors as required.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support security initiatives and ensure effective communication.
  10. Stay abreast of emerging security threats and trends, and proactively recommend and implement measures to mitigate potential risks.
  11. Prepare and present security reports and briefings to senior management and external parties as needed.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date security documentation and records.
  13. Act as a point of contact for security-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  14. Participate in security audits and inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and actively contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Security Risks.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Cyber Security, Or Information Systems.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Industrial Security, Preferably In A Defense Industry Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Government Security Regulations, Such As National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (Nispom) And Defense Security Service (Dss) Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Internal And External Stakeholders To Ensure Compliance With Security Protocols.
