  1. Conduct thorough analysis of company processes, systems, and procedures to identify potential security risks.
  2. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect company assets and sensitive information.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance with all security standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies.
  6. Manage and maintain security clearance processes for employees, contractors, and vendors.
  7. Monitor and investigate any security incidents or breaches, and provide timely and accurate reports to management.

  10. Communicate and coordinate with government agencies and external partners on security matters.

  13. Participate in security briefings and meetings to provide updates and recommendations to senior management.
  14. Act as a point of contact for any security-related inquiries or concerns from employees.
  15. Continuously assess and improve security measures to adapt to evolving threats and risks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Security Management, Criminal Justice, Or Homeland Security.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Industrial Security, Preferably In A Defense Or Government Contracting Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Security Regulations And Guidelines, Such As The National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (Nispom), Defense Security Service (Dss) Policies, And International Traffic In Arms Regulations (Itar).

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With And Brief Senior Management And Government Officials.

  • Familiarity With Security Clearance Processes And Procedures, Including Security Clearance Investigations, Adjudications, And Maintenance.
