
Industrial Security Analyst

- Develop and implement comprehensive industrial security plans and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Conduct thorough security assessments and audits of facilities, personnel, and systems to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update security clearance records, personnel security files, and other sensitive information in accordance with company and government guidelines.
- Monitor and track security clearance processes for employees, contractors, and visitors, including initial applications and periodic reinvestigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks and develop contingency plans.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on security procedures, policies, and regulations.
- Conduct and document investigations of security incidents and violations, and make recommendations for corrective action.
- Maintain and update security databases, logs, and records to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Stay current on changes in government regulations and industry best practices related to industrial security.
- Serve as a point of contact for government agencies and contractors for security-related matters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote security awareness and foster a culture of security consciousness.
- Assist with the development of security budgets, plans, and policies to support the company's overall security strategy.
- Participate in the development and execution of emergency response plans and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Continually assess and improve security processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of protection for company assets.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Industrial Or Government Security, Preferably With A Defense Contractor.
Knowledge Of Government Security Regulations And Procedures, Including Nispom, Jpas, And Foci.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.
Ability To Obtain And Maintain A Top Secret Security Clearance.
