3. Maintain and update security clearance records, personnel security files, and other sensitive information in accordance with company and government guidelines.
4. Monitor and track security clearance processes for employees, contractors, and visitors, including initial applications and periodic reinvestigations.

6. Provide guidance and training to employees on security procedures, policies, and regulations.
