  1. Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with government and company regulations and policies.
  2. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect company assets and sensitive information.
  3. Provide guidance and training to employees on security awareness and procedures.
  4. Investigate and report security incidents and violations, and implement corrective actions.
  5. Maintain and update security clearance records for employees.
  6. Conduct background checks and clearance processing for new employees.
  7. Collaborate with government agencies and other security professionals to ensure compliance and share best practices.
  8. Monitor and analyze security risks and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Manage and maintain security equipment and systems.
  10. Participate in security briefings and meetings to stay updated on security policies and procedures.
  11. Serve as the main point of contact for all industrial security matters.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to industrial security.
  13. Act as a liaison between the company and government agencies during security audits and inspections.
  14. Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees.
  15. Maintain proper documentation and records related to industrial security activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Or Information Systems.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Industrial Security, Preferably In A Government Or Defense Contractor Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Security Regulations And Guidelines, Such As National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (Nispom) And Defense Security Service (Dss) Requirements.

  • Experience With Security Assessment And Risk Management Processes, Including Conducting Security Audits And Developing Corrective Action Plans.

  • Strong Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Security Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
