  1. Develop and implement security policies and procedures in accordance with government regulations and company standards.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security vulnerabilities in company facilities, personnel, and information.
  3. Monitor and maintain security clearance processes for employees, visitors, and contractors.
  4. Investigate and report any security incidents or violations in a timely and thorough manner.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with security regulations and guidelines.
  6. Conduct regular security training and awareness programs for employees.
  7. Maintain and update security databases and records.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and security counterparts.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in security regulations.
  10. Conduct security audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Act as the main point of contact for security inquiries and provide guidance to employees and management.
  12. Prepare and submit security reports and documentation as required.
  13. Manage and maintain security equipment and systems.
  14. Coordinate and oversee security measures during special events or high-risk situations.
  15. Adhere to company values and promote a culture of security awareness and responsibility.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Industrial Security, Preferably In A Defense Or Government Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Security Regulations And Guidelines, Such As The National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (Nispom) And Defense Security Service (Dss) Requirements.

  • Experience With Conducting Security Audits, Risk Assessments, And Developing Security Protocols And Procedures.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Teams And Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.
