Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 3 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Hr Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Experience In Strategic Hr Planning, Workforce Management, And Employee Development.
