  12. Identify and address employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Develop and manage HR budgets and resources to effectively support the business.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
  15. Act as a role model for Northrop Grumman's core values and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 3 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Hr Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Experience In Strategic Hr Planning, Workforce Management, And Employee Development.
