  1. Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  3. Provide guidance and support to all levels of employees to promote a culture of safety awareness and responsibility.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and accident prevention.
  6. Conduct investigations and root cause analysis of safety incidents, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all safety-related activities, incidents, and training.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve the company's safety program.
  9. Work closely with management to develop and monitor safety performance metrics and report on progress.
  10. Collaborate with external agencies, such as OSHA, for inspections and ensure compliance with any corrective actions.
  11. Develop and manage the budget for safety-related activities, including procurement of safety equipment and supplies.
  12. Communicate regularly with employees and management on safety-related matters and provide guidance and support as needed.
  13. Conduct risk assessments and develop emergency response plans to ensure a prompt and effective response to potential emergencies.
  14. Participate in meetings and committees related to health and safety, and represent the company in external safety conferences and events.
  15. Mentor and train junior safety team members and provide guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Health, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Health And Safety Management Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Certified Industrial Hygienist (Cih) Designation.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Health And Safety Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Motivate Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
