  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production schedules, quality control, and resource allocation.
  2. Lead a team of manufacturing supervisors and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the timely and efficient production of high-quality products.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and cost savings initiatives.
  4. Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes.
  5. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and supply chain, to resolve any production issues and meet customer requirements.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  8. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  9. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on production status, issues, and recommendations.
  10. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and identify opportunities to implement them in the manufacturing process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Business, Or Industrial Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Management Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience In Managing A Team Of Diverse Individuals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Quality Control Measures.

  • Experience With Budgeting, Cost Management, And Implementing Lean Manufacturing Principles.
