  1. Manage final assembly operations: Responsible for overseeing the entire final assembly process of our aerospace products, from start to finish.
  2. Lead a team: Manage and lead a team of skilled technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of final assembly tasks.
  3. Coordinate with various departments: Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, quality control, and supply chain to ensure smooth and streamlined final assembly operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In Final Assembly Operations, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
