- Design and develop advanced power systems for Northrop Grumman facilities.
- Ensure the continuous and reliable operation of all facility power systems.
- Conduct thorough analysis of power systems and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and functionality of power systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance and repair plans for all facility power systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in power system technology.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any power system related issues or emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and codes in regards to power systems.
- Provide technical expertise and support to other engineers and team members.
- Actively participate in project planning and management to meet project deadlines.
- Develop and maintain documentation and records for all power systems.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on power system design and maintenance.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures for facility power systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for installation and maintenance of power systems.
- Continuously evaluate and improve power system processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Designing And Maintaining Facility Power Systems.
Knowledge And Experience With Electrical Codes And Standards Such As Nec, Nfpa, And Ieee.
Proficient In Autocad And Other Electrical Design Software.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Electrical Systems.
