Conduct engineering tests and experiments in accordance with established procedures.
Set up and operate various testing equipment and instrumentation.
Record and analyze data from tests, and prepare reports for review by engineering team.
Perform maintenance and calibration on testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with engineers to develop and improve testing procedures and protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment in the test lab.
Keep accurate and detailed records of test results and equipment maintenance.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in testing methods and equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations.
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Collaborate and coordinate with other departments as needed to support overall project objectives.
Act as a representative of the company and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field
Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In An Engineering Or Testing Capacity
Familiarity With Testing Equipment And Procedures, Such As Data Acquisition Systems And Instrumentation
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Engineers And Other Team Members To Complete Testing Projects.
