Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
10+ Years Of Experience In Engineering Strategy Development And Operations Management.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Integrating Engineering Strategies Into Business Operations To Drive Growth And Profitability.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Deep Understanding Of The Aerospace And Defense Industry, Including Knowledge Of Relevant Technologies, Regulations, And Market Trends.
