  1. Conducting thorough and detailed inspections and assessments of supplier products and processes to ensure they meet Northrop Grumman's quality standards.
  2. Collaborating with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to address any quality issues.
  3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  4. Utilizing technical expertise to review and analyze supplier documentation, including technical drawings and specifications, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  5. Implementing quality control procedures and processes to monitor and track supplier performance.
  6. Conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures to address any quality defects or non-conformities.
  7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to supplier quality.
  8. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and program management, to ensure a seamless integration of supplier products into Northrop Grumman's solutions.
  9. Providing clear and concise reports and updates on supplier quality performance to management and stakeholders.
  10. Continuously seeking opportunities to optimize and streamline supplier quality processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supplier Quality Management Or Related Field

  • Experience With Supplier Audits And Corrective Action Processes.
