  1. Implement quality and reliability processes and procedures to ensure the success of missions.
  2. Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with company and industry standards.
  3. Conduct thorough quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Create and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address quality issues.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  7. Train and educate team members on quality control processes and procedures.
  8. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for process improvements.
  9. Communicate with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns and maintain positive relationships.
  10. Participate in design reviews and provide input on quality standards and requirements.
  11. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and develop mitigation plans.
  12. Document and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
  13. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mission assurance processes.
  14. Stay current on emerging technologies and methodologies to improve quality and reliability processes.
  15. Uphold the company's mission and values and promote a culture of quality and excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Mechanical, Aerospace, Or Systems Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry, With A Focus On Mission Assurance.

  • Knowledge Of Industry And Government Quality And Safety Standards, Such As As9100 And Iso 9001.

  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Management And Mitigation Strategies.
