As a Principal Energetics Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and production of innovative and advanced energetic materials and components for our cutting-edge military and space systems.   1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes for energetic materials and components.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective production.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  4. Monitor and maintain quality standards for all manufactured products.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  6. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any manufacturing issues or defects.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures.
  9. Stay up-to-date with advancements in energetic materials and manufacturing technologies.
  10. Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability.
  11. Act as a technical expert and provide guidance to other departments as needed.
  12. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment.
  13. Prepare and present reports and updates on manufacturing processes and projects.
  14. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
  16. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Energetic Materials Manufacturing, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Mixing, Molding, And Assembly Of Energetic Materials.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Energetic Materials Production, Such As Iso 9001 And Itar.

  • Experience In Project Management, Including Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Budgets And Timelines.
