Northrop Grumman is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Embedded Software Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for software engineering and a commitment to excellence. They must have excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded software engineering, developing and managing embedded software, and working with software development teams. They must have a deep understanding of embedded systems and be able to translate customer requirements into software solutions. Additionally, the Embedded Software Engineering Manager must have experience leading projects, developing software architectures, and overseeing the development of embedded software systems. The successful candidate will also be knowledgeable in the latest programming languages and software development tools, and have a strong understanding of software development processes.
