Develop and implement advanced electron beam lithography processes for microelectronic devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and troubleshoot lithography systems.
Ensure the accuracy and precision of lithography processes through rigorous testing and analysis.
Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in electron beam lithography and incorporate them into company processes.
Optimize lithography processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase yield.
Work closely with project managers to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality results.
Maintain and troubleshoot lithography equipment to ensure continuous and reliable operation.
Train and mentor junior engineers on electron beam lithography techniques and processes.
Document and report on all lithography processes and results.
Identify and address any potential issues or challenges in the lithography process and propose solutions.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while handling and operating lithography equipment.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source materials and equipment for lithography processes.
Contribute to the development of new lithography technologies and techniques to improve company capabilities.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electron beam lithography and make recommendations for their implementation.
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to showcase our lithography capabilities.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Physics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Electron Beam Lithography Or Semiconductor Manufacturing.
Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Autocad Or Solidworks, For Designing Lithography Masks.
Experience With Ebl Equipment, Such As Jeol Or Raith Systems, And Knowledge Of Lithography Techniques.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Lithography Processes.
