Develop and implement advanced lithography processes using electron beam technology.
Conduct research and provide technical expertise on electron beam lithography.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize lithography processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot lithography equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for lithography processes.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electron beam lithography technology.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Train and mentor junior engineers on lithography processes and equipment.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Communicate effectively with team members and management on project status and updates.
Participate in meetings and presentations to share findings and results.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all lithography processes.
Continuously assess and improve processes to ensure quality and reliability of products.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Electron Beam Lithography In A Relevant Industry.
Knowledge And Experience With Ebl Equipment And Software, Including Cad Design Tools And Cleanroom Protocols.
Strong Understanding Of Lithography Processes And Techniques, Including Photoresist Handling And Exposure Parameters.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team Environment And Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams.
