
Electrician (Off Shift)

- Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment in accordance with safety and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues to identify and implement necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment status.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
- Continuously monitor and assess electrical systems for potential hazards and take appropriate action to prevent accidents and downtime.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies in order to provide innovative solutions to our customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to report progress, issues, and recommendations.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain and repair electrical equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical problems.
- Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with industry standards.
- Adhere to Northrop Grumman's core values and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Licensed Electrician, With A Strong Understanding Of Electrical Codes And Regulations.
Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Blueprints, Schematics, And Technical Drawings.
Ability To Troubleshoot Electrical Systems And Equipment, And Perform Repairs And Maintenance.
Experience Working With High Voltage Systems And Equipment.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Fast-Paced Environment.
