  1. Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential safety hazards and environmental risks.
  3. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on EHS matters.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs to increase employee awareness and compliance with EHS policies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for EHS management.
  6. Conduct investigations into accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and develop corrective actions.
  7. Manage all aspects of environmental compliance, including waste management, air quality, and water pollution.
  8. Keep up-to-date with changes in EHS regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  9. Develop and maintain EHS performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Represent the company in external EHS audits and inspections.
  11. Manage the EHS budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  12. Participate in emergency response planning and coordinate drills to ensure readiness.
  13. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure they meet EHS requirements.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of EHS programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Industry

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Environmental Health And Safety, Including Osha, Epa, And Dot

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Safety Professional (Csp), Certified Industrial Hygienist (Cih), Or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (Chmm) Preferred

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Influence Employees At All Levels Within The Organization.
