  1. Lead and manage all aspects of the supply chain operations for Northrop Grumman, including procurement, sourcing, and logistics.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency, cost savings, and strategic growth in the supply chain processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of materials and services.
  5. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
  6. Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate potential disruptions in the supply chain.
  7. Oversee the negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  8. Mentor and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to drive continuous improvement and professional growth.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation and improve supply chain processes.
  10. Represent the company in external meetings and conferences related to supply chain management.
  11. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain operations.
  12. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on supply chain performance and strategic initiatives.
