  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the facilities engineering division in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all company facilities, ensuring they are in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  3. Lead a team of facilities engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  4. Manage the design and construction of new facilities, ensuring they meet the company's requirements and budget.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  6. Monitor and analyze facility performance data to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans.
  7. Ensure all facilities are equipped with necessary utilities and resources to support business operations.
  8. Develop and manage the facilities engineering budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.
  9. Liaise with external vendors and contractors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facilities engineering to drive innovation and efficiency within the department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Facility Engineering Management, Preferably In A Large Industrial Or Aerospace Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Safety Standards

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Facility Engineers And Technicians
