  10. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial and profitable partnerships.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitors, and market trends to inform business development strategies.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination in business development efforts.
  13. Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve company sales goals and objectives.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, in all business development activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Business Development, Sales, Or Marketing, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Securing New Business Opportunities, Developing Strategic Partnerships, And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Business Development Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Government Agencies And Industry Partners.
