  1. Perform precise and accurate measurements using advanced tools and techniques to ensure the quality and precision of our aerospace and defense products.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections of components and assemblies to detect any dimensional discrepancies or defects.
  3. Work closely with engineers and other team members to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  4. Analyze measurement data and communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot measurement equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance and calibrations.
  6. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve processes to meet quality standards.
  7. Maintain detailed records of measurements, inspections, and test results for future reference.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and new measurement techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  10. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and precision of our products.
  11. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by communicating effectively and working together towards common goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Quality Control And Dimensional Inspection.

  • Proficiency In Using Measurement Tools Such As Calipers, Micrometers, And Coordinate Measuring Machines (Cmm).

  • Knowledge Of Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing (Gd&T) And Blueprint Reading.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As As9100 And Iso 9001.
