  1. Oversee contract management activities for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Prepare and review contractual documents, including proposals, modifications, and amendments.
  3. Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of contractual obligations.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of contract terms and conditions, and communicate any changes or updates to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for communication with customers regarding contract issues and inquiries.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to contract performance.
  7. Monitor contract performance and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  8. Prepare and present reports on contract status, including financial data and performance metrics.
  9. Facilitate contract negotiations and resolve any disputes that may arise.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to contract management.
  11. Train and mentor junior contract administrators.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
  13. Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in contract administration.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Contract Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Administration, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal Government Contracting Regulations And Processes, Including Far And Dfar.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Contract Management Software And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Programs.
