  1. Manage all aspects of the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
  2. Collaborate with various departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure contract compliance and successful execution.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries and issues.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure that contract terms and conditions are fair, reasonable, and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  5. Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or issues, proactively developing solutions to mitigate them.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documents.
  7. Communicate contract updates and changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Act as a liaison between the company and external parties, building and maintaining positive relationships.
  9. Ensure that all contracts are in line with company objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  10. Continuously review and improve contract management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in contract management.
  12. Train and mentor junior contract administrators, providing guidance and support as needed.
  13. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in contract administration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Contract Management, Or A Related Field

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Administration, Preferably In A Defense Or Government Contracting Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Contract Law And Regulations, Including Far And Dfars

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Various Stakeholders And Effectively Resolve Conflicts

  • Proficiency In Contract Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite, With The Ability To Analyze And Track Contract Data And Performance Metrics.
