  1. Develop and maintain configuration management procedures and policies in compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
  2. Implement and maintain configuration management tools and systems to support the development and maintenance of hardware and software products.
  3. Work closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely release of product configurations.
  4. Lead the identification, documentation, and tracking of product configurations and changes throughout the product lifecycle.
  5. Conduct configuration audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established procedures and requirements.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  7. Provide training and support to team members on configuration management processes and tools.
  8. Continuously monitor and improve configuration management processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  9. Maintain documentation and records of configuration items and changes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in configuration management to make recommendations for process improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Configuration Management, Preferably In A Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Configuration Management, Such As Itil And Cmmi.

  • Experience With Configuration Management Tools, Such As Cmdb, Sccm, And Puppet.
