Maintain and update system configurations according to established standards and procedures.
Conduct thorough analysis of system configurations to identify potential errors or discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of system configurations.
Develop and implement processes to improve configuration management efficiency.
Provide support for configuration-related inquiries and issues.
Monitor and track changes to system configurations, ensuring proper documentation and version control.
Assist in the development and maintenance of configuration management plans.
Participate in audits to ensure compliance with configuration management processes.
Identify and troubleshoot configuration-related problems and provide timely solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in configuration management best practices.
Train and mentor team members on configuration management processes and procedures.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding configuration-related matters.
Continuously evaluate and improve configuration management processes to support business objectives.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Configuration Management Or A Related Field.
Familiarity With Industry-Standard Configuration Management Tools, Such As Ibm Rational Clearcase Or Clearquest.
Understanding Of Software Development Lifecycle And Configuration Management Processes.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Configuration Issues.
