  1. Conduct capacity modeling and analysis to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
  2. Utilize industrial engineering principles and techniques to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement strategies.
  4. Analyze data and create reports to track and measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes.
  6. Recommend and implement solutions to increase throughput and reduce lead times.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to continuously improve processes.
  8. Work closely with production managers and supervisors to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements.
  9. Train and mentor team members on best practices and procedures related to capacity modeling and process optimization.
  10. Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the manufacturing environment.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  12. Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on progress and results of process improvement initiatives.
  13. Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to drive overall efficiency and productivity.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of process improvements and changes.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Capacity Modeling And Analysis In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Proficient In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Capacity Planning Software, Such As Arena, Flexsim, Or Simio.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Inefficiencies And Suggest Improvements In Production Processes.

  • Experience With Six Sigma And Lean Methodologies, And Ability To Lead Process Improvement Projects.
