Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In The Aerospace And Defense Industry.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
