Conduct financial analysis to support business decision making and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze data for accurate financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
Monitor and track financial performance against company goals and objectives.
Provide recommendations for cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform business strategies.
Communicate financial information and analysis to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and procedures.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and project management.
Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed.
Stay current with developments in the field of business management and apply best practices to daily tasks.
Uphold a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Business Analysis, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Recommend Solutions To Complex Business Issues.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using Tools Such As Microsoft Excel And Sql.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Present Findings To Various Stakeholders Within The Organization.
