Northrop Grumman is looking for a highly motivated Business Management Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success in providing financial and management analysis and be able to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.To succeed in this role, you must be an excellent communicator and problem-solver, with a strong background in financial and business analysis. You should have an in-depth understanding of the business environment and the ability to think analytically to evaluate data and make recommendations. You should also be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about business analysis and who can work independently to drive projects forward. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to quickly comprehend complex business issues and make informed decisions. You should also have experience in developing meaningful reports and presentations to provide clear and accurate information to senior management.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis and/or management consulting• Advanced understanding of financial systems and processes• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Access• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
