- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders in developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, programs, and procedures.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address employee relations issues, and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Partner with managers to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Support the performance management process by providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving employee retention.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the company, promoting our culture and values both internally and externally.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for incorporating them into our processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Business Partner Or Consulting Role
Strong Understanding Of Hr Principles, Policies, And Procedures
Experience Working In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment, Preferably In The Defense Industry
